SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Goods will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. We ship anywhere in the continental United States.

We use the US Postal Service with confirmation. We do our best to maintain a complete inventory, but since our products are shipped from the UK, our supplies sometimes run low. If any item is out of stock, you will be notified by email for your approval prior to shipment. We do not back order.

We ship Parcel Post unless the “Priority Mail” box is checked.

Shipping costs are based on weight and will be calculated when the order is packaged.

You will only be charged actual USPS shipping rates. A $1.55 charge for handling and confirmation will be added. Due to exchange rates and other factors beyond our control, prices are subject to change. For Giftware items, Missouri state sales tax of 7.45% or Food tax of 4.35% will be applied to in-state orders.

HELPFUL HINTS:

• Don't forget that many tinned or bottle goods in an order will increase the shipping cost drastically.
  
• The English Shop will not send perishable items such as chocolate candy or chocolate biscuits in the summer months when the temperature is or going to be above 78 degrees. Sorry.
